We're looking for an AI Solutions Specialist to own and drive AI transformation across Rethink Group's portfolio of ten businesses. You'll identify high-impact opportunities, scope and implement AI solutions, and build capability across teams.
This is a hands-on strategic role. You'll work directly with key stakeholders to build innovative AI products — from first conversation to live solution. You'll shape what gets built, how it gets delivered, and how teams adopt it.

• Manage the project pipeline: prioritise the backlog, coordinate with engineers, and keep stakeholders informed
• Run discovery across the group to identify high-value AI opportunities
• Validate AI solutions and assess fit for business problems
• Translate business problems into clear solution specs, user stories, and project briefs that engineers can build from
• Build adoption roadmaps that link business goals to clear use cases and ROI
• Deliver AI training workshops to build capability across teams
• Guide teams through change management and readiness
• Document workflows, processes, and best practices
• In-depth knowledge of AI and its practical business applications
• AI/ML certifications or formal training
• Background in consulting, strategy, or project management
• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate technical capability into business value for non-technical stakeholders
• Workshop design and facilitation
