Charlie Todd is a commercial property specialist with over a decade of experience across valuation, sales, leasing, and investment across Australia and New Zealand.
Starting out as a Registered Commercial Property Valuer, Charlie transitioned into brokerage and rose to Associate Director at JLL, specialising in the industrial market. Charlie is also an active property investor himself, having co-founded and built a self-storage development and acquisition platform, personally project-managing three commercial developments totalling approximately 5,500sqm.
