As a business development professional with a background in commercial solar, Gen brings experience across renewable energy, business operations and client strategy to her role at Rethink Renewables. She works with landlords, property managers and the tenants who occupy their buildings, guiding each commercial solar project from initial feasibility through to an operating asset.

Having previously managed a portfolio of client accounts on solar projects of up to five megawatts, Gen understands both the technical and the commercial sides of a renewable energy deal. She works across both sides of a building, ensuring a landlord understands the return available on their asset and that the tenants within it are looked after throughout.

Known for a direct and structured approach, Gen brings a record of operational turnaround and sustained revenue growth to complex commercial conversations, translating an unfamiliar proposition into terms a client can act on.
